Steven describes himself as a mysterious and resourceful man… His clients describe him as a true super hero! Once, while deboarding float planes, Steven guided only by courage, dove into glacial waters to retrieve the president’s mistakenly dropped Blackberry from the murky depths. Steven takes pride in putting fun into the planning process; this has made him a big hit with his clients over the years, earning him a reputation as a quick thinking, troubleshooting force that no meeting planner should be without.

Marie-Claude Morin
Director of Operations
Marie-Claude is the type of person who becomes consumed by the slightest details. However, when faced with unexpected obstacles, she reacts instantaneously! While 120 people were expected to arrive for an exclusive dinner at the summit of Mont-Tremblant, she learned that the chair lifts were out of order due to unexpected technical problems. Without a moment’s hesitation, she found 12 SUVs and organized a cocktail to entertain the guests before they headed to the summit. The verdict? The clients were delighted with their "off road" expedition!
