Petit Hôtel & Café is a
stylish boutique hotel where the old and the contemporary blend seamlessly.
The stone walls and wooden floors mix perfectly with the trendy furniture and
touch of bright orange to create a modern yet warm setting. This
four-storey hotel has 24 rooms and hosts a café–bistro that also serves as a
bar and reception lounge. Coming soon is a spa which will be located in the

especially for hockey teams traveling from one tournament to another, this
half-bus half-truck vehicle will turn your Incentives into a whole new
experience. This
luxurious, fully-equipped 32-passenger vehicle is decorated with style;
sitting rooms that accommodate groups of 4 and that may be converted into
beds, red and grey seats, kitchenette, flat screens and wireless Internet. A second 38-passenger vehicle is currently under construction. Stay

underline its 10th anniversary, Lac Taureau Inn has undergone a
complete renovation of its 100 rooms that is expected to be completed by
December 2009. Additionally,
the Pavillon de l’Etang (House of Pond) will be transformed into a Sugar
Shack with custom-built furniture designed by local artisans. With

& Saveurs, a new "school" concept located in the heart of Old The
three workshops offered by Ateliers & Saveurs aim at teaching the art of
entertaining in a playful fashion. The spacious and luxurious premises
include a funky bar for the bartending workshop, a huge and fully-equipped
kitchen for the culinary workshop and a warm dining area for the tastings and
the wine workshop. Cocktail of
the month: The Maple
Leaf Ateliers &
Saveurs’ own Barmaid Fanny suggests an upscale version of the Sugar Shack
cocktail: 1/2 ounce maple syrup 1/2 ounce lemon juice Fill shaker with ice and ingredients.
Shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour onto a Martini glass using a strainer. Decorating tip: sprinkle with flakes of maple sugar.
