During summer season between July 2^nd and September 30^th, 2009, Air Canada will offer a daily flight Paris/Vancouver. It will make a stopover in Montreal and will last about 14 hours and 30 minutes to link Paris to Vancouver; while Vancouver/Paris will last 13 hours and 15 minutes. This route will be operated by a Boeing B767-300ER which offers 211 seats.

Blue Hot Chile Pepper

· 1 oz of rum coco (Malibu)

· 1 oz of Blueberry Vodka

· ½ red pepper

· 1 quarter of lime

· ¼ oz of syrup of blue Curacao

Cut ½ red pepper in small dices then put them in a mixing glass. Add the lime juice and the syrup of blue Curacao. With a pestle, crush it to extract the maximum of juice. Add rum coco and Blueberry Vodka. Cover with ice and shake it vigorously during 8 - 10 seconds. Pour the whole mix into a Martini glass by using a strainer. Decorate with a red pepper slice and enjoy! Cheers!
