We are located in downtown Montréal, with direct access to the Metro Peel.

This position reports directly to President.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES                               

  • Monitor an operational plan in line with strategic orientation
  • Participate in optimizing operations and sales
  • Understand projects critical paths and timelines
  • Ensure that product development is on-going
  • Bring forward value added services
  • Understand clients’ needs and ensure overall delivery and quality of service
  • Negotiate and manage contractual requirements and deliverables with suppliers
  • Manage team’s daily operations and assignments
  • Recruiting staff according to divisional needs
  • Supervise, train, and coach new and existing employees
  • Participate in performance evaluation process
  • Motivate employees by creating an atmosphere conducive to team work
  • Monitor performance and initiate action to strengthen results
  • Oversee division financial results
  • Prepare, monitor and control budgets
  • Prepare various reports for senior management


Project Management

  • Experience in business tourism and handling corporate meetings and incentives
  • Experience in the management of multiple projects simultaneously in an environment in constant evolution

Personality and Skills

  • Proven leadership skills with a proactive solution focus, by taking initiative and having an attention to detail
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills including communications (verbal and written), as well as good team building skills
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is essential. Any other language is an asset;
