JPdL keeps your personal data securely on our servers located in the United States. The servers meet AICPA / SOC2 and EU Privacy Shield security standards. All data is 128-bit encrypted downstream and upstream.

 

JPdL will keep your personal date for a period of 12 months. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by Once this time has elapsed, we will erase your data using a dedicated data eradication utility, ensuring the irrevocable disappearance of these data.

Our network is secure according to the recognized AICPA / SOC2 and EU Privacy Shield standards.

 

Who has access or can use the data?

Personal data is only accessible to a limited number of personnel including appropriately trained staff and business partners subject to the same standards.
